I have been chatting with [FuN]Frags over on the 4U-Servers forum.
I'm one of the founder members of the TSS clan (The Senile Soldiers) we play Battlefield 2 these days. The clan was formed a couple of years ago when the clan we were in folded. [-GI-] were a very successful competitive MoH:BT clan but it went the way of a lot of clans. Those that were left thought that the friendship that had developed over many years playing together was more important than the dummy spitting and rancor that surrounded the break-up so TSS was formed.
We are a small group of middle-aged gamers. These days we just play for the fun of it. We often spend far too much time doing stupid things like... "How many vehicles can you get in the Essex" than training for matches and stuff. We don't actively recruit new members so we will never be a big clan, and wouldn't want to be.
We like it when people "server raid" so if you play BF:2 come on over and give us a wooping, most people do
we may return the favor...
