Right.. i have had another banner idea and am willing to give this another go!!

Right new effort...one with colour and without and one with orange!!!

Here i have just varied the colour slightly and thr ip's smaller

btw if anyone one wants the Cerberus graphics as photoshop layers I can provide - have done a few banner bits before.

Just had one of those flash thoughts - if the servers were called 4Players 4xxx for the COD 4 and 2Mayhem etc it might make things easier for people understanding

Don't agree with that m8y, it's been a FuN trademark to name the servers [FuN] 4 <servername> (with the very rare exception when the 2 better rhymed with the servername, ie the ol' ET server [FuN] 2 Frag), and those were used when running various games (4 different ones at one point). If people aren't sure what server is what game, it's very easy to find out.

keiser, it might not work for the exact same reason as that it won't work on here.
Have a look tru their FAQ and I'm sure it will state somewhere what file types they allow to be used

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to show this as a banner here - but the 'coding' of the image file needs to be different - ie it's not the usual

tags.

This is something we would need to get Frags to look at as I cant change it.

For similar reasons you may not be able to use it on other peoples websites if all they allow are image files.

I forgot that we have a new cod4 server.....which is good cos that evens the banner up a bit better....

JCKET pls the same resolution picture as before for topgamesites... it's working there

I tried with swf file in [img] tags but it didn't worked as the guys mention before.. there is option for forum to enable HTML and allow certain tags to be included in post's but that's a security issue and that's why this is off.

on the other hand this banner is maybe set up in forum template profile so it might work.. Frags is the person that could help us to solve this question i'll PM him to see what can be done.

The only way to do it without distortion im aftaid is to crop the background and reposition the text - or just start again from scratch at the required size - there's no quick fix solution.
