2 weeks of peace and quiet

Postby Dutchman » Sun Jul 06, 2008 10:54 am

Yes, you can throw a party.
Yes, you can cheer very loud.
Yes, you can wake up your neighbour in the middle of the night screaming "FRREEEEDDDOOOOMMMM!!"
And yes, you can be sad that in 2 weeks from now 'he' is back, only to then party again a few days later as you get another quiet week..

You might have guessed, I'm going on holiday
Am leaving for London tomorrow morning, we'll spend a few days there before we're staying the weekend with friends who live near London. After that we fly on to Belfast, spend a few days in the city and other bits of Nothern Ireland, before we head down south to Dublin to roughly do the same there (replace N-Ireland with Ireland of course)
So I'll be back late evening Sunday the 20th, but as suggsted this isn't the end of my holidays yet (well, college doesn't start till September, but you catch my drift).
The Thursday after I get back from the UK&Ireland, I leave for Spain for a week. Together with my dad, our plan is to cycle from Salamanca to Oviedo, which should be good fun :)

Anyone else yet to go on holiday, hope you'll have a great time, I know I will! :D

Have a good time Dutchman = I have spoken to Amanda and she has noted the dates - you will be met at the airport by a dark transit van (we suggest you don't start an argument = just get in the van man!) - You will be given an exclusive tour of Belfast while blindfolded before being dumped in the Shankhill area (tbh weeping and breaking down will get u further than fighting you way out). If asked about your religion i suggest Buddist is the best response :)

Enjoy NI - and don't buy rounds of beers in Dublin or you may exceed your overdraft !!!
