Key bind for +salute

What would the keybind be for +salute? /bind x "+salute"?
And how would you disable it to make it easier for medic revive?

best way would to be[in console] /bind [letter] +salute
then when u need to use it just press the letter u binded fot it,
if u dont press it, medics will be able to revive you no trouble,,
[gotta say from a medics point of view it is crap when ppl just have it on all the time with the /+salute command. ohh and if you get the usuall{ my salute stuck on ,, how do i get it off } tell them to do /-salute in console
