I reckon it's the tv station from the mission where you need to find <insert correct name here 
> as he's broadcasting some message on the telly.
Seems nice, hopefully in the future I too will be able to play CoD4 online and I've always liked close-combat maps, so buildings like these would create a cool atmosphere to play in I reckon!
